RENTING OUR CHURCH FACILITY
WEDDINGS - we would be delighted to host your wedding. The following information should answer some of your questions. Detailed and additional information is available from the church office.
Time and place: The date and time of both the wedding and rehearsal should be determined as soon as possible. These dates will then be tentatively reserved until the church receives the completed and signed contract. Upon receipt of the contract, your date will be reserved. Be aware that the church has Worship Services on Saturdays and Sundays, weddings will be scheduled after 2 PM.
The church sanctuary seats 150 people. It is equipped with a piano, a pipe organ, and a media table. If you plan on using any of these, please advise the church at the time of your reservation.
Music: Our Music Director and Soloists may be available. Fees are to be arranged between the bridal party and the musicians directly without involvement of the church unless other arrangements are made.
It is also customary for the bridal party to pay a modest donation to the Church Custodian. Full payment is expected three (3) weeks prior of the event.
· Media Table: If you need to use the church's sound system, please know that since we have an expensive sound system, we are asking you to learn how to use the system. Let the church office know of your needs.

Reception: You may also book our Social Hall for your reception (contract). The hall seats 175 comfortably. Alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises a license will have to obtained by the client (see instructions in the contract). During the warm months receptions may be arranged outside the building in the courtyards.
· Other: We ask that confetti and/or rice not be thrown as it is environmentally and physically hazardous.
CONCERTS & CELEBRATIONS. Our facility is available for recitals, and receptions. The baby grand piano and church organ are available. Please contact the church office.
